Someone contacted me claiming there was a parcel awaiting collection, providing a tracking number that was utterly incorrect. They then proceeded to send an invoice for £1.55. When I inquired who they were, I received a response with the name Emma. A short while later, when I asked again, they changed their name to Susan! I could tell right off the bat from the number that it wasn’t genuine Royal Mail.

I just had a rather suspicious call from this number, and the chap on the other end appeared to know my surname. He claimed to be representing Credit Management Services.
