Someone called claiming I had a parcel waiting and gave me a tracking number I knew was dead wrong. Then they sent over a bill for £1.55 to pay. When I asked who they were, the person said Emma, but when I checked again a bit later, they said Susan. As soon as I saw the number, I reckoned it wasn’t from Royal Mail at all.
