My phone just rang and I answered to a lady speaking with a posh English accent claiming she was with Sky Accident Services. When I questioned her about how she obtained my contact details, she mentioned the Road Traffic Accident Agency. I quickly ended the call.

A caller claimed to be from Sky then suddenly switched to saying I’d supposedly caused a car crash and it was my fault. When I asked why they cared, the person said they’d connect me to a manager, but I just ended the call. Normally I don’t pick up unknown numbers but since I’m sorting out my home insurance renewal, I thought it might be related. Lesson learnt: never pick up calls from numbers I don’t know!

This lady was so sure I’d been in some car crash, wouldn’t stop rambling on about it. I tried to explain but she just ignored me and kept going. She was quite nasty too, so I just ended the call.
