Picked up the phone only to be greeted by a voice that was clearly not from around here. I fired back with a cheeky "Who the hell are you?" to which they actually had the nerve to introduce themselves. I replied with an equally bewildered "What are you on about? He was curious how on earth I managed that. I said "very carefully", don’t want any explosions now. The trick is to throw them off their script and have a bit of a laugh.
