I reckon they just ring to check if someone picks up, then they go on spamming or passing your number around as 'active' to other junk callers. Best just ignore and block them! Such annoying spammers!

I picked up by mistake on the third call and asked straight away where they got my details from, but they dodged the question. After pushing a bit, they mentioned it was some agency. I told them sharing my info like that is against the law and asked who gave it, but they claimed they didn’t know and I just ended the call. They were definitely fishing to get me to confirm stuff. Best not to pick up!
