some bloke rang me sayin he’s from some government dept called m.s.9 or smthg like that, no clue what it means tho. he wanted the last 3 months of my electric or gas bills. i told him to get in touch with my accountant if he needs anything, then he just hung up on me. weird call!

Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from an electricity company, sounded like he was from India. Said he’d put me through to his manager or whatever. I’m living on the Isle of Man, so no UK energy firm has any business here. Honestly hope they come across this and quit wasting people’s time, absolute muppets. Find a proper job or something useful to do, seriously.

I got loads of calls from them, like nearly a hundred, all asking for my bank details.

A caller claiming to be from the National Grid got quite rude after I said I don’t handle business over the phone and asked them to send me something in writing. They insisted they’d already sent me letters twice. The way they spoke made me hang up straight away.

I got a call from the same number three times. I told them twice that I’m on the telephone preference service, but they kept harassing me. The woman on the other end started shouting about how she had the right to call me. I just put the phone down and let her keep talking to herself. Then she called back again and I ignored it completely.
