Got a call from some bloke claiming my washing machine cover was running out and he was there to sort the renewal. I laughed and told him I've got no washing machine insurance, nor do I want any. He hung up straight away. Pretty clear it was a scam!

Got a call saying my washing machine insurance was about to finish, and they offered me a huge discount. Turns out its a total scam - they want you to pay straight from your card, not by direct debit. First, a woman rings, then she hands me over to someone called Bryan who says he's from legal. It's all fake! Watch out, definitely a dodgy scheme.
