I've received multiple calls from this number on my mobile. Whenever I pick up, there's a strange din in the background, but no one utters a word before the line goes dead. It's infuriating, and when I attempt to return the call, it doesn't connect at all! Quite maddening, to say the least.

This chap seems to be peddling trading signals. One moment he’s reaching out to someone named Fred, and the next, he’s on the line with John William. Claims he’s involved with trading signals, or so he says.
