Got a call from someone claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse trying to sell me an iPhone 11 Pro Max for just 45€ a month. Sounded a bit fishy to me, like a typical sales pitch. Definitely felt like one of those telemarketing calls that you’re better off ignoring.

Had no idea who was calling so I let it ring out. Looked it up on this site and have blocked it now.

Got a call out of the blue from someone pretending to be called John (which I'm not). They said I’d signed up for something - I definitely hadn’t. The caller claimed to be Russian but was ringing from Switzerland. It felt like a dodgy scheme, maybe some sort of fake investment scam. My advice is just to hang up and ignore any random calls like this.
