I've been receiving persistent calls from some chaps claiming I’ve supposedly consented to something via phone and that they have it all recorded. They then initiate some rather aggressive demands for payment! When you turn them down, their tone quickly goes south. My advice? Just cut the line and notify the Action Fraud team about it. I've been receiving relentless calls from SEM Ltd, insisting that I've consented to certain terms when, in fact, I haven’t! They’re pressuring me for payment, and when I stand my ground, their tone turns quite unpleasant. I've taken the matter up with the action fraud team to report this disturbing behaviour.
