Got one of these dodgy calls too, someone pretending they're from Vodafone and saying my SIM would get blocked if I didn’t sort it out within three days. Total spam, just like the others mentioned.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Vodafone, saying my SIM card would be blocked in three days. They said they’d send me a new one soon. Then they put me through to a “supervisor” named Jack Wilson from an Indian call centre. He asked for my Vodafone PIN and memorable password - I told him it was NoNo. Apparently, he couldn’t find anything with that info on his system. I ended up wasting about 15 minutes of their time. Funny thing is, I don’t even have a Vodafone contract! I was just curious to figure out what their scam was before I got bored and hung up.
