Got a call from someone named Michael claiming to be from Sky. He wanted to know if I was happy with their service and if I'd had any problems. I told him yes, I had some issues, so he passed me on to his manager, Celia (I think that was her name). She started asking me the same questions and I repeated that I’d had problems. Then she wanted me to explain what they were, so I told her I'd never even had Sky before and that she was trying to scam me. After that, I just ended the call.
