I received a call from a chap with an Indian accent claiming to be from O2. He said they were keen to express their gratitude for my loyalty by offering a hefty 40% off my mobile contract. Interestingly, a friend of mine got a similar unsolicited call from the same number, and he doesn't even have an account with O2!
