Total scam, watch out! Got a bloke on the phone with a thick Asian accent claiming he was from O2, telling me he was switching me to a cheaper plan. I asked why O2 hadn’t sent me any message or email about it, and then he just cut me off. Definitely dodgy!

Got a call from someone with a strong brown Asian accent - hard to say where these calls come from nowadays since loads of UK call centres are overseas. They said they were ringing from Currys or PC World, saying I’d won some sort of promo gift. They wanted to check some info from me first.
