I usually don’t pick up calls from unfamiliar numbers, so I just ignored this one completely.

This afternoon I got a call from 02080798011, took a moment to connect. A guy with an Asian accent called me Mam and said he was from O2. He wanted to help cut down my bills and asked how much I was paying. I told him if he was really from O2, he should have my info right in front of him instead of asking. He said he needed me to confirm so he knew it was me. I kept pressing and said I'd call O2 myself. Then he just told me to F...Off and hung up on me.

Definitely feels dodgy... I tried calling back but no one picked up, just a voicemail with an American accent. I've reported it and put the number on my block list.
