Got a call on my mobile on 09-Nov, but I wasn’t able to answer. When I rang back, they said the number didn’t exist. I gave it another go from my home phone and it seemed like the call was being redirected somewhere, so I just ended the call. Checked this site and it turns out it’s a spammer, so I’ve put a block on it.

Some sort of car summit thing called or whatever. I said no and tried to speak but they just kept talking over me. I asked if they were actually human and then they just ended the call.

Got a call from a lady saying she was with the "Calamity Advice Centre," asking if I’d had a car crash and saying my name was on their 'list'. Probably not super dodgy, but I'd definately avoid giving out any personal info and just block the number to be safe.

They rang me up and I said I hadn’t been in any accident. Then they just asked again like I didn’t say anything - felt like an automated thing or someone who wasn’t paying attention. Blocked for good now.

Got a call this morning with the exact same spiel as mentioned here. When I asked what company they were from, all I got was the message again. I asked one more time for the organisation's name and then the line just went dead. Pretty clear they knew I wasn't having any of it!

I rang them back but the number shown isn’t real - I got a message saying "The number you have dialed is not valid". Really think it’s best to block these numbers.

They said, 'I'm ringing about a car crash you were recently in that wasn’t your fault, correct?' I told them no it wasn't, and that I don’t share my number for stuff like this. They said sorry and promised to remove me from their list. I didn’t think it was a robocall but didn’t stick around to see what else they’d say.
