The caller said my first name then just hung up. Quite strange.

It seems I’ve stumbled upon a rather dodgy outfit known as Strontita, based in China, whilst attempting to reclaim my money for a purchase. Unfortunately, my endeavours have been less than fruitful. There’s supposedly a woman called Jessie who’s meant to assist with these sorts of issues, but I’ve yet to see any solace. Instead, I've been receiving replies from a rather suspicious address simply titled "22", with no mention of the company whatsoever-definitely rings alarm bells for a scam, if you ask me! What's more, I discovered their site through Facebook, which is quite troubling, as it implies they’re turning a blind eye to these dubious practices. I’ve reported them and will persist in sending emails for that refund-if nothing else, I’ll keep bothering them, as this whole situation has left me quite vexed!
