It turns out they are associated with a known scam number: 01273977695, and seem to operate various schemes, including warranty fraud and pestering bereaved families. They conceal their true intentions by using credible names and even borrow Glasgow University’s address to project an air of legitimacy. I managed to keep them occupied for a while, in hopes of preventing them from scamming others. The name ‘Leticia Arab’ appears to still be in play.
