I received a call from someone claiming they were following up on a report I supposedly made about my Sky box being faulty. I promptly informed them that I hadn't lodged any such complaint. Then, they proceeded to mention some promotion regarding service visits. I explained that I no longer subscribed to Sky as it had become too pricey, especially with all those endless repeats. After that, the conversation came to a halt.
