I suspect foul play; they were masquerading as representatives from a housing association’s repairs and complaints team. The moment I mentioned that I wasn't a tenant, they abruptly hung up on me. Quite discourteous, if you ask me!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from the Housing disrepairs complaints team, asking if my landlord is the council or a housing association. The bloke said his name was Jay and had a strong Indian accent. He was fishing for my address and date of birth info. Didn’t sound right at all, so I just ended the call straight away!

Got called by someone pretending they were from a housing repair service. Total scam, so I just blocked the number straight away.

This number keeps ringing me up, asking for a person I don't know at all. I've told them loads of times it's a wrong number but they just keep calling. What’s worse, I get calls from other numbers that seem to be from the same company. I’m definitely not their client and have no intention to be.

Got a call from some bloke called Atesh claiming to be from Housing Repairs. As soon as I said I didn’t need any work done, he just hung up straight away! This company has rung me loads of times. I block one number, then another pops up. They just keep phoning from different numbers, it’s so annoying.
