They rang up acting like they were from O2, but the thick foreign accent gave them away, sounded just like one of those call centre calls. I just blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from someone saying they were with EE mobile broadband. Their number showed up with weird symbols like MD and an exclamation mark. The connection was terrible, so we just hung up. Haven't heard from them since.

This number has been persistently trying to reach me since the 3rd of May, and here we are on the 11th with no sign of them letting up. I’m always at work when the phone rings, making it impossible to pick up. Not once have they bothered to leave a message or anything. To top it all off, I received a call from a similar number about half an hour later-only the last four digits were altered. I have a hunch it’s the same firm or possibly a related operation. I can't definitively identify who's behind the calls since I'm unable to answer them, but a bit of digging online revealed that people associate these numbers with 'Domestic and General', 'Sky', or some cheeky claim about 'the accident you had'. They seem to be fishing for personal information under the guise of verifying my identity. It's all very dodgy indeed, and it reeks of a scam to me. I've blocked them!

Same old story. Got a call from some company I’d never come across before. They said they weren’t trying to sell anything but asked if I could answer a couple of quick questions. Honestly, no thanks. Just blocked the number straight away.
