I received a rather bothersome call from someone claiming they could help me lower my unsecured debts.

I received a call from a chap claiming to represent a debt consolidation company. He mentioned that they were assisting individuals from their list in settling unsecured debts through a government-supported programme. The thing is, I don't have any debts at all! I made it quite clear that I wanted them to stop bothering me!
