Just before Christmas, I got a call about some vouchers, which they said was from Easy Life catalogue since I’d bought something from them before. I told them straight away I wasn’t interested. Then, come January, £23.99 was taken from my bank without me agreeing. Luckily, I got the money back, but they keep ringing me from different numbers that look alike. So annoying!

I got a call from this number, someone wanted to talk to my mum. I’d given my own number for some stuff I bought for her, so I guess that’s why they called me. A voice with an American accent asked for her, but I wouldn’t put her on the phone until they told me who they were and why they wanted to speak to her. They said they’d ring back later, but I told them no way would she answer until I knew what it was about. Then they just ended the call.
