They've been ringing me non stop since the 2nd of March. I’m only 16 and it’s really annoying. I tried blocking the number but it just gets unblocked by itself. Some days they even ring twice! I haven’t picked up once because I just don’t want to deal with it.

I keep gettin calls from this number all the time, but now I just ignore it cause I heard from my bank and HMRC 02 that you shouldn’t pick up or call back. If you don’t recognise the number, best to let it ring out. If you do pick up by accident, just hang up quick. Stay safe!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from a holiday booking firm. Seemed dodgy as they asked for all my details out of the blue. Definitely a scam, so I hung up straight away. Watch out for these fake travel agencies ringing up!

I just ended the call. It was really annoying, especially since I’m disabled and can’t deal with this kind of harassment.

Sounds like one of those dodgy scam calls to me, but luckily BT Call Minder caught it before they could bother us. At first, I wrote exactly what I felt about it, but then I thought better of it and deleted what I wrote - didn’t fancy any hassle!

Got a call from some dodgy bloke yelling at my nan about owing tax and threatening the police would come arrest her. She was really shaken up after it. Honestly, these scammers are horrible! Best thing to do is just block the number and forget about it. I checked with HMRC, and they said it wasn't them - they always send letters, never phone. They've tried calling my mum loads of times, first from a withheld number. She just keeps blocking them and not answering anymore.

I felt a bit anxious about it at first too. From what I know, I’ve paid all my taxes to HMRC already.

I got a voicemail about some sort of tax evasion lawsuit aimed at me. Figured it was dodgy, so I just ignored it and didn’t bother calling back.

Got a voicemail from someone claiming HMRC is suing me over tax evasion. They didn’t mention my name or any personal details, just told me to call a number back. Definitely a scam.

They kept going on about some tax I supposedly owed and said if I didn't pay straight away, the police would come and arrest us. The call lasted ages, which is odd because usually scammers just hang up fast and try someone else. It sounded so convincing though. Luckily, I rang the police afterwards and they told me it was definitely a scam.

Got a call claiming to be from HM Revenue and Customs. Felt a bit dodgy, so just hung up straight away. Better safe than sorry with those sorts of calls!

I got a call from this number, but when I tried ringing back, there was no answer at all. HMRC numbers usually begin with 0300 300 3310, right? I'm currently trying to reach them, but my phone has blocked this number for some reason.

Got a call from some scrammers trying to scare me into paying fake taxes. They want you to ring them back and send over cash, but it's all a trick. Best thing to do is block that number and ignore it. Then just put the kettle on and chill out, job done! 👍🏼

Got a voicemail saying HMRC was suing me over tax evasion. I rang the number back and a guy with an Asian accent picked up, claiming to be from HMRC. He asked for my name and even knew my previous address. When I told him it’s not my current one, he insisted I hadn’t updated it yet - which I definitely did over a year ago. I ended the call right away, convinced it was a scam.
