I challenged him to prove it by telling me my name, since he said he had all my info on his screen, but the moment I did that, he suddenly hung up. After reading through other people’s experiences, it’s clear these muppets are just scamming folks. Don’t bother talking to them or handing over any info, just hang up straight away.
