Today, I received a call from (020 89366537) where the caller, with an Indian accent, said he was from EE. He told me there were complaints about poor signal quality and that they were mailing out new SIM cards. I suspected it was a scam straight away, so I told him I'd check directly with my provider and ended the call. This kind of thing isn’t right - I reckon some folks could easily be tricked by this, and who knows what trouble it might cause them.

Got a call from someone saying they were from EE, saying there was an issue with my SIM. Then they went on to ask if I was an EE customer. I told them if they were truly from EE, they’d already know that. Ended the call after that.

Somebody called me pretending to be from Sky, saying they could fix my internet connection problems. Then they asked to transfer me to another number. I had a feeling it was dodgy, so I just ended the call.
