Some bloke rang saying that because of some decision by the ombudsman, I could claim a free boost to my life insurance or get cash back. I told him I didn’t even have a policy with the company he mentioned, and he hung up dead quick. Watch out for these calls!

I received a dodgy call from this so-called tech support, and the chap on the other end had an accent that sounded Asian. He claimed to be with Microsoft, saying he could sort out some issues on my computer from a distance. The unsettling part? He had my full name and address spot on! What a right shambles!

Got a call from someone who sounded Asian, but I couldn't say if it was a bloke or a woman. When I didn't play along, they started swearing like mad, kept dropping horrible insults about my mum, like seriously, loads of times. It got so ridiculous I just laughed, and then they hung up straight away. Honestly, we need a proper way to shut these calls down for good.

I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent, claiming she was from Microsoft. She asked if I owned a computer or laptop, but I told her it wasn't any of her business and told her to buzz off before hanging up. Later on, a bloke called me, probably from the same lot. I just told him to jog on or I'd report them and then ended the call.

Just got a call from some bloke from India or Pakistan about a supposed Microsoft problem. The joke is, I don’t even use Microsoft at all. What a waste of time from that complete muppet!

I got a call from someone claiming to be with Microsoft, asking to access my computer. I told him it was a scam, but he just kept insisting on who he was and kept telling me to press keys on the keyboard. I ended the call, but he rang back almost straight away. This time he said he was the supervisor of the guy who called before, his name was Tom. Honestly, sounded like the same bloke to me. I told him I was going to report it.

Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent who said someone had hacked my PC. I acted amazed and joked that whoever it was must be tiny to squeeze inside! She sounded a bit thrown off then, and I could hear some shuffling like she was looking at notes or something. I told her to get a proper job and ended the call. If they ring again, I might play along and ask them to tell me my IP address - bet they haven’t got a clue what that means!

These scammers, claiming to be from Microsoft Windows, are just plain pathetic and dangerous. I almost forgot the name he used for his company! I let him know I could do his job better and rudely told him to buzz off. This was the fifth call I’ve had in only three days.

Honestly, I’m not sure who they are, but my phone got a bunch of calls from them - like five times yesterday. After the third call, it just stopped ringing. They never left a message or anything. Strange.

First there was a brief pause, then a guy with an Asian accent said he was ringing from Microsoft. I asked him which part of London he was in, but he got irritated with the question, so I just ended the call. Microsoft wouldn’t be phoning me out of the blue like that, so I'm pretty sure it was a scam.

So, this bloke with an Asian accent called claiming he was from Microsoft tech support. He actually knew my name, email, and even my home phone number! He told me someone had been trying to break into my Microsoft account and asked about the computers I had. Then he started telling me to do some stuff on my PC, but I was using my iPad then. That’s when I just told him to stop and ended the call!

Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent claiming he was from Windows. The line was really crackly and distant. When I asked where he was ringing from, he got all annoyed and yelled, ‘Not window, Windows!’ I repeated my question about the country, and then he abruptly hung up. It's crazy how shameless some of these scammers are - we should definitely find a way to track them down and shut them up for good.

This bloke rang me up saying he was from Microsoft and told me to turn on my computers. I said no, and he got really rude, even called me a liar and started threatening me. I’m older, so it was quite frightening. I really hope something can be done to stop these calls. I’ve blocked the number now, but they’ve called me before from another one. The company kept ringing me and claimed to be Microsoft - the number was 02080280738 - proper harassing behaviour.
