Got a call from a bloke speaking with an Indian accent, claiming he was from the Telephone Preference Service and needed to update my info. He wanted me to confirm some kinda reference number or whatnot. Totally a scam, no doubt about it. The real Telephone Preference Service wouldn't ring you up asking for your personal info like that. Best thing is to just end the call and don’t share anything private with them.
