My wife got a call from some firm claiming they had information regarding her supposed car accident and all that nonsense. The truth is, she’s never been in a crash! I can't help but think these are just con artists or those pesky ambulance chasers, or perhaps a mix of both, ringing up folks at random, hoping to cash in on someone else's misfortune. I’ve been getting hounded by this number repeatedly, despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). As you may be aware, this is the formal opt-out register that allows individuals to signal they don’t wish to get any unsolicited sales or promotional calls. It’s quite frustrating to see these nuisance callers disregard the regulations! I shall definitely be lodging a complaint about this nuisance.
