Just got a call from this number. I didn’t pick up when I saw it finished with 0800, figured it wouldn’t be someone from a local landline. Probably a telemarketer or something. After reading the comments, seems like that’s the case. Best to ignore and block it.

I've been receiving calls from this number on my landline, which isn't even listed in the directory, and also on my mobile - typically two to three times a day without fail. When I pick up, all I hear is them saying my name before they abruptly hang up. I’ve blocked the number yet the calls keep coming! To top it off, they even ring me right after I've completed a grueling 12-hour shift. It's absolutely infuriating that they think it’s acceptable to call at all hours. I wish they'd just cease contacting me altogether!

Got a call from Julie claiming to be from bla bla. The message was super clear it was a pre-recorded thing. They asked if I’d been in an accident that wasn’t my fault, and depending on your answer, they either connect you to someone or just hang up. Total scam, be careful!

I keep receiving calls from a woman who claims her name is 'Julie' using this and various other numbers. Each time, it’s unmistakably the same Northern English accent. It always begins with a brief silence on the line before she finally speaks up, asking me if I can ‘verify’ that I’ve had a recent car accident. After about six encounters, I firmly instructed her not to contact me again. For a while, it seemed like she got the message, but here we are-she’s ringing me again after a month or two of peace!

Got a dodgy call about a car crash I supposedly had that wasn’t my fault. I just chuckled and asked when it happened then she ended the call. Got loads of dodgy calls from mobiles, these people acting like they’re from the road traffic office tryin’ to get your info. They don’t have a thing on ya apart from your number, and say it’s all about some “validation team”.
