Earlier today, on the 10th of October, I received a call on my mobile from this number. A well-spoken woman’s voice informed me that my Amazon pnme account had been breached. Obviously, this must be a scam, as I don’t actually have a pnme account with Amazon; clearly, it was a dodgy call. The conversation didn’t even progress to the point where it solicited any response from me- I simply terminated the call and promptly added the number to my block list. I can’t help but wonder if there’s a way to trace this caller and take legal action. If only I knew the proper channel to report this sort of nonsense!

Received a rather suspicious automated call, supposedly from Amazon Prime, claiming my account had been hacked and that a refurbished product had been charged to my Visa card. Then it prompted me to press a number. I've since contacted Amazon directly and confirmed it was a scam!

Received a rather dodgy automated call, supposedly from Amazon Prime, claiming my account had been breached and that a reconditioned item had been charged to my Visa. The message then prompted me to press a number. Total scam! Just left it alone and carried on with my day.
