They keep ringin me non-stop for more than a year and it's drivin me crazy. Every time I put a block on one number, they just call me from another. It's always that high-pitched little girl voice and she never uses the same name twice.

Supposedly from Seagull Expert Guidance. It's a pre-recorded voice, same one I've had from other callers with different names, saying I'd been involved in a car crash that wasn't my fault. Really wish the TPS could sort these out, it's so annoying! Every time I mention "have you heard of the TPS", they just cut me off. I'm on the no cold calls register, but since they use fake numbers, it doesn't matter to them. If you try to call back (which I always do), the number's never real. Honestly, there should be something done to stop people from faking numbers like this!

I got a phone call from 020 7946 2183. It was a recorded message from a woman claiming to be from something that sounded like seagull expert advice. Then the line just went weird and dropped. So, the caller said their company was Seigol Expert Guidance - actually had a person spell it out to me! The number today was 02079462103. They even gave me a name, 'John Hawkins' - right, like I believed that! Now I’m messing with them every time they ring from a new number. I always get through to a real person and pretend to go along with it before I drop the bomb that I’m reporting them. Bet that wastes loads of their phone credit, hope it does anyway!

They rang me today, using loads of 0207 946 numbers. I've blocked about 5 already but they just switch to a new one and ring back. We'd need to find out their address before TPS can actually do anything. I used to be rude to them, but now I’m thinking I’ll just go along with it and say “yes” so I can get through to a real person. I got a call from a woman who sounded pretty real, talking about accident and injury insurance. She seemed to be answering my questions alright, but when I asked her to say "banana" to prove she wasn’t a bot, she suddenly said they’d delete my number and then just ended the call.

I ended up telling her she must know I haven’t been in any accident. Asked her who gave her that info and she said the RTA statistics department. Like I mentioned, 'Seagull Expert Guidance' kept needing me to provide the same info over and over again. I reported them to the TPS, but they said they’re powerless since the company isn’t real, their numbers block incoming calls and they refuse to give an address. Basically, there’s nothing TPS can do. Seagull Expert Help. I asked the advisor for the company’s full address, which she gave me before putting me through to her manager. I told the manager that I needed to verify the address so I could send a proper formal warning about harassment. He kept asking if I’d been in an accident, and I kept asking if he even knew about the harassment laws here, repeating that his behaviour was causing me stress and worry. In the end, he seemed to run out of patience before I did. Score’s 1-0 to me! ??
