Once more, I've received a call concerning a car crash.

I received a phone call regarding 'my latest mishap'. I must've misheard the name as Pearl Aid, so I went ahead and reported it to the Telephone Preference Service. Unfortunately, they couldn't confirm the legitimacy of the company or the number, meaning my complaint won't be taken any further. A quick search online led me to Pearl Assurance, but it’s quite possible the caller is simply trying to mimic that name.
