Got a call asking about an accident I’d just been involved in. Since the crash was fresh in my mind, I assumed it was my insurance firm ringing. They came across as quite pushy and rude, insisting I sign and send back an email. I naively shared quite a bit of info but thankfully didn’t sign or respond to the message. Now they keep ringing, probably trying to trap me. I’ve blocked their number and plan to report them as scammers. Should’ve been more careful but with everything so fresh, I got caught out.
