I work in sales too and reckon we can all improve, so I gave her a shot. Honestly, no charm whatsoever, just reading off a script - like seriously, how do they think they’ll earn anything?! If you’ve got some spare time, give it a go, it’s quite entertaining. Just play along politely and see where it goes.

They told me I'd been in a crash, which is totally untrue. I told her no and asked her to say the company name again. Then the rude lady just hung up on me!! Total SCAM!!
