0207 946 1830 rang me as well, even tho I'm on the TPS list. I tried reporting it to the ICO but the lady just hung up before I could even ask how they managed to get my number. It's really frustrating getting these 0207 946 calls all the time. I just keep blocking them but when you're job hunting, you gotta pick up in case it's someone offering work. Proper annoying!

Its all automated calling. They dont seem to have an actual list. The best way is to block any number beginning with 020 7946 since they just swap out the last 4 digits so you cant block them easily. There are apps that can help with this if your phone dont have that feature.

There’s an app you can get that blocks any numbers beginning with the same digits. They keep ringing from slightly different endings though. Some mobile phones let you set this up straight from the call settings.
