If you manage to get through, it kicks off with an automated voice that’s meant to pick up certain words about a past car crash. If you say the right thing, a real person jumps on the line. You can have quite a laugh messing with the bot, like asking it to say things again or just chatting rubbish. (They also ring from a similar number ending in 1763).

There was maybe 10 seconds of quiet, I said hello a couple times before they finally replied asking if I’d been in a car crash lately. I told them "some time ago" and then they asked if it was less than 2 weeks ago. I just ended the call there.
