This number 020 7536 5397 has been ringing me nonstop for a while. After seeing the comments here, I decided to block the last four digits (5397). Now, a different number ending in 1798 has been calling, but I didn’t pick up. Some people said the caller just hangs up when you answer, so I reckon they were probably checking something out? No idea what tho. Anyway, best to just block them all.

it kicks off with a robocall asking if you've had a crash recently. then it waits for you to answer and passes you on to someone live. proper annoying. i reckon these calls only started coz i stupidly entered my mobile on some car insurance comparison site.

They rang asking if I had been involved in a car crash, I told them no and mentioned I’m on the TPS list so they shouldn’t be calling me, then the person just cut off! Then within 5 minutes, they phoned my dad and asked the exact same thing "Have you been in a car accident?" Proper scammers.
