0207 946 2000 called me two times, I picked up and they asked if I wanted to claim for an accident I supposedly had. Total spam, I blocked the number like many others have done. It's crazy how these nuisance calls carry on without any real consequences. I've put in a complaint with the Telephone Preference Service and they say they're working on it!

Pretty much the same as others here. I keep a vintage playground whistle handy and the moment they mention any kind of accident, I blow a really loud, long whistle straight into the phone. Probably doesn’t change anything, but it gives me a bit of a laugh! Haha!

Got a call from 020 7946 1738 this evening around 6:45pm. Reluctantly I picked up and a lady said something about me having a car accident and wanting to file a claim. I quickly told her I’ve never been in any accident, then she just ended the call. Proper cheeky and impolite if you ask me. I’ve blocked the number now, would recommend you block it too.

Missed a call earlier, tried calling back but it said 'number not valid'. If they want to talk about a car accident claim, I usually respond with something like, "You mean the one where I lost my leg, right?" When they pause or agree, I add, "It was awful, still haven't got any payout." They get a bit flustered after that. Then I throw in, "Funny thing is, the ambulance taking me to the hospital crashed too, and I lost the other leg." This usually does the trick, and they either realise they've been caught out or just hang up.
