Hi, just a heads up for anyone who's got calls from these folks - they're definitely scammers. You can't ring them back cos they use some spoofing app anyone with a smartphone can download. The app mixes up the area code and phone number so you have no real way of tracing them.

This number rings me up every day, but I just don’t pick up since I never answer unknown callers. If it’s important, they could at least leave a voicemail, but they never bother. I get so many annoying calls that I’ve started naming the regular ones in my contacts list with funny or even rude names, and set my phone’s ringtone to a favourite tune of mine. At least when they call over and over, it cheers me up a bit. No point getting mad at those time-wasters. Honestly, I feel a bit sorry for them - must be such a rubbish job to have. ;)

They've got like 15 different numbers and whenever I ask them to take me off their list, they ring from a new one. Today, when they called, I told them I've had 15 accidents in the past three weeks, then they asked if I'd had one recently. So I said there was a plane crash in my garden, and they actually asked if it happened today! Are these people serious or what? I then asked if they had an hour for a friendly chat and they just hung up on me! Such a shame. I really wanted to waste their time since they keep wasting mine.

The caller rushed through the company name and I couldn’t quite catch it. When I asked her to say it again, it was still unclear but sounded like it began with "Glaxo" - probably trying to sound like a big company to trick us! The rep then asked, "You were in some kind of accident in the past two or three years, right?". I asked how she knew that, and she immediately hung up. Definitely avoid answering calls from this number!

Its one of those ambulance chasing calls. They say “we understand you’ve had an accident” totally out of the blue. The call sounds awful, probably some dodgy voip line with an auto-dialler. The person on the other end joins super late and theres a big delay on the call. Proper annoying.
