Was enjoying a lazy lie-in on Saturday when this number buzzed my phone and woke me up. Proper frustrating, cos once I’m awake I’m done for and can’t get back to sleep until nighttime. Annoyingly, they didn’t even bother to leave a voicemail. Anyway, I’ve blocked the number now and I’m gonna try and catch some more z’s (fingers crossed).

Got a call but the company name was really unclear, sounded all crackly. Definitely a scam, they ask if you’ve been in an accident. Just answer no, and they usually drop the call. Then I blocked the number straight away.

Someone just rang me, I picked up and they cut off straight away. So I popped down to the shop for a pack of Quavers and a Lucozade, then got back and turned on Emmerdale, but had the sound off ‘cause I was busy using me thinking cap. Reminded me of when me dad shoved me into a pool, forgetting I can’t swim - cheeky bugger. And he wasn’t too pleased when I swapped the salad cream and mayo bottles, nearly lost his rag. So yeah, to sum it all up - they just hung up on me.

A young lady rang claiming she was from the Glaxo conciliatory service. I told her I’d never come across them before. As I was hanging up, I caught her mention something about a car crash. It was obviously a cold call, as no accident has happened - unless she meant that bag of crisps I spilt earlier! I blocked the number straightaway and then had a look at this site, just out of interest.
