I’ve been getting calls twice a day about some crash I never took part in. Even though I told them several times to stop contacting me, they just kept ringing. Now, what I do is make up a whole story with fake names, addresses, emails, and accident details. I mess about with the callers for as long as I fancy, and they keep ringing back. Once I've had enough, I answer and say I don’t know anyone involved with those details. This trick has finally stopped the constant nuisance calls, including those annoying PPI ones. Hopefully, this tip helps someone else out there.

Received a rather strange call from this number today, 14 March 2016, around midday. The caller asked an odd question about the colour of my trousers and whether they were fresh or not. I couldn’t believe the audacity, so I told them their queries were ridiculous-just as ridiculous as they were-and promptly ended the call.
