I have been repeatedly bothered twice daily by someone, even though I was not involved in any accident. Despite my multiple requests to be removed from their database, the calls continued. Nowadays, when dealing with people like this, I create a fictional story with made-up names, addresses, email addresses, and accident information. This way, I can waste as much of their time as I want when they call me back multiple times. When I feel like I have had enough, I finally answer the phone and deny knowing anyone matching the details I provided. This has been the only successful method I've found to escape these persistent callers and those annoying PPI calls. I hope this strategy proves useful to someone.
