My mum’s been getting calls quite a bit recently from this number (0207 905 2112), asking if she’s still getting unwanted calls. It’s been really upsetting for her since she’s not too good at hearing and couldn't really follow what the person was saying because of their foreign accent. Maybe it’s a bit of a blessing that she couldn’t keep the chat going. Either way, it’s a right pain and feels like some sort of scam to me.

My elderly mum has been getting loads of annoying calls from this number. I phoned them today and some bloke answered, claiming it was from the child health institute or something. He said it’s a big place and they have no idea who’s behind these calls. Really frustrating to deal with.

Today, my elderly parents got a call from this number (020 7905 2112) claiming their nuisance call protection was about to end the next day. Mum got really worried and called me straight away, so I checked their BT account and found out they’re still covered against those nuisance calls. These scammy calls are really causing distress, especially for older people and those who are vulnerable. Something needs to be done to stop these pointless spam calls.

some guy with an indian accent rang my work phone (i’m on the bt team!) asking for a name. i told him it was an office line and asked nicely to stop calling. then he insisted on a "registration number" for the office! i said i didn’t have one, and he accused me of lying. that pushed me over the edge, so i lost my rag, called him a load of names and hung up. he rang back saying, "i’ll see you in court." haha, that’d be a laugh, i’d quite fancy a face-to-face with him, court or not!
