This number has rung me two times now. A woman claimed to be from EE and said I could get a 40% discount on my monthly bill. I asked her what my current bill amount was first. She then said she’d send a text to prove she was really from EE. Felt a bit dodgy to me, so I just hung up and blocked the number straight away. 😂🚫

After seeing what others wrote I decided to ring back hiding my number. The voice on the end said they were from EE and could offer me 40% discount. I just let them go on for a bit before saying I think you’re trying to scam me. They said no it’s just a promo. I told them I’m already an EE customer so they’d know that. They claimed they did so I asked them to tell me my address. Then suddenly they hung up.

Got a call from some scammers claiming to be from EE, sounds like a VoIP thing. Colt really needs to stop their numbers being used for stuff like this.
