These individuals dispatched a rather intrusive questionnaire concerning our financial situations - as if we’d willingly divulge that information! I’m rather keen to discover what their sales pitch consists of before I put the kibosh on it. Honestly, these folks are all bluster; as soon as you grasp that they lack the necessary permissions for their land, it's clear their claims of developers swooping in to snatch it up for planning are nothing but hot air. It's all complete nonsense! Furthermore, councils aren’t under any obligation to hand over land for countless houses for immigrants either.

These individuals are nothing short of a circus! They ring you up with the audacity of trying to purchase your property, yet they display the utmost rudeness and lack of common decency. If you happen to notice their missed call and dare to return it, they often simply hang up on you. It’s best to just block their number entirely.

I received a call from some outfit (Falcon Property, Liverpool Street, London - as if that’s meant to impress anyone) on my mobile. I missed the call but decided to return it to the number provided. Just my luck, some bloke hung up as soon as I refused to give out my address under the pretext of "verification". What a pompous git he was! One would think they could at least end the call with a bit of decency. Disgraceful behaviour, to say the least!
