Received a missed call from this number earlier today. Thought I'd return the call to uncover who it was, and apparently it’s Falcon International, an investment banking outfit. They claimed they were verifying our address for some promotional material they were sending out. The thing is, we haven’t got any investments in the first place, yet they insisted we were somehow involved in property investment. The conversation quickly spiralled into a discussion about the FTSE and pensions, which felt extremely dodgy. We ultimately told them we weren’t interested and hung up. Just felt like a right con job!
