Got a call pretending to be from Virgin Media about upgrading my broadband. They tried to get me to pay postage for a new modem, asking for my card details and bank info to set up a direct debit. When I asked who gave the go-ahead for the upgrade, they got really rude, started swearing and threatened me before just hanging up. I checked with Virgin Media themselves and they said it was definitely not from them. Stay safe!
