Following the installation of my new boiler, I was rather surprised to receive an invoice appearing to be from the installation team, which included a number requesting payment. However, the digits on the invoice don’t coincide with any numbers from the boiler firm I engaged with. I’m now beginning to suspect it's a fraudulent operation, yet I'm baffled as to how a seemingly legitimate invoice could feature such a dodgy number. I attempted to contact the company directly, but all I get is a recorded message. Very odd indeed!
