Got a voicemail from a woman saying she was from the bank. The weird thing was she only knew my name and nothing else. She asked me to ring her back on a mobile or this number which apparently connects directly to her laptop. She mentioned something about mortgage protection but it didn’t sit right with me, so I just blocked the number.

I got a call from someone who said their name was Simon and that my bank had sent them. They used my name but never mentioned which bank they were from. Then they told me to ring them back on a mobile number. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.
