If anyone happens to know to whom this number belongs, please let me know. A couple of lads have placed an online order under my name, managed to swipe a couple of phones, and EE hasn’t lifted a finger to help. They simply deducted funds from my account despite my insistence that I did not wish to be associated with their service. To top it off, they deceitfully sent me iPhone SEs when I’d specifically ordered iPhone 12s. When I attempted to return them, I was told that the envelope contained an old hub instead. I've never even had internet with BT or EE! Now, they’re demanding I cough up £1327, and all the payments I’ve made were directed towards a BT bill, while the clueless muppets at EE completely blindsided me into changing over, all through underhanded tactics. They ought to be shut down for this shameless behaviour. Wishing nothing but bad karma to everyone involved in this mess!
