4 yearsIf anyone recognises this number please let me know. These lads put orders in online using my name and nicked phones, and EE just did nothing. They took money straight from my account, even though I told them I didn’t want to be a customer. They’re lying through their teeth, sent me iPhone SEs instead of the iPhone 12 I ordered. When I said I sent them back, they claimed the parcel had an old hub inside. I’ve never even had internet with BT or EE! Now they want me to pay £1327, and all the cash I was paying towards my BT bill, EE just grabbed it. I had no clue I’d switched to EE - it all happened illegally.
