Absolutely staggering... It's for a good cause, mind. My wife and I chipped in a fiver through a TV Text campaign to support children who are blind and deaf, and lo and behold, the very next day we found ourselves on the receiving end of a phone call pleading for further contributions! What on earth are these folks thinking? Why not focus their efforts on those who haven’t given a penny instead of harassing those of us who have already opened our wallets? After this experience, we’re seriously reconsidering donating this way in the future. It was a bit of an impulsive decision, to be honest. Hats off to the charity, though; you've just alienated two of your donors thanks to your insatiable hunger for funds.

It seems to me that the Centre Point Charity might be the connection here. Given that we're shelling out £12 per week, I'm starting to question if that's really the wisest move.
